HOW CAN I ORDER SAMPLES?

Samples can be ordered directly through each product page on our website. Trade pricing and sample limits are automatically calculated once you log into your trade account.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. For international orders, please email info@nycementtile.com with your delivery address and required quantities, and our team will provide a custom shipping quote.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

New York Cement Tile is an e-commerce company, selling directly through our website to both professional partners and homeowners. 

While we do not operate a traditional showroom, samples are available to order online, and we strongly encourage reviewing samples prior to placing a full order. Samples ship quickly, and our team is always available by phone or email to answer any questions about our tiles.

Our Manhattan location serves as an installer hub and is not a showroom. 

HOW MUCH OVERAGE SHOULD I ORDER?

We recommend ordering 15–20% overage for all tiles to allow for layout curation, cuts, breakage, and natural variation in color, tone, and surface texture.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

At this time, warehouse pickup is not available. All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.

WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING?

All deliveries are curbside only and require a scheduled delivery appointment. Shipping does not include unpacking, carrying materials indoors, or installation.

A responsible party must be present at delivery to inspect, accept, and sign for the shipment. Please review all materials against the packing list before signing.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY TILES?

All New York Cement Tile sales are final once payment has been processed.

Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged after order confirmation, as inventory is allocated per order at the time of purchase.
Special Order and custom-made tiles cannot be canceled or modified at any time.

Once delivered, we do not accept returns of opened or unopened boxes, as we cannot guarantee handling conditions after materials leave our facility. This policy allows us to ensure that every client receives only pristine, unused tile.

If items are missing or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can assist.
